Generally, a customer will call our office. Miriam will greet them and listen to the request while recording all the information necessary for us to begin our communication. At this stage an appointment will be set.
Morning of consultation a call will be placed to the client confirming the appointment. Mark will meet with client at their residence to discuss design possibilities, layouts and learn about the clients needs.
A highly descriptive and detailed proposal will be sent to your email within 4 working days. We use builder trend software, which will not only deliver the proposal, but allow you to sign electronically online and even make payments.
All of our contracts are written with intention and purpose. The order in which the proposal states the actions being performed corresponds with the order of operations in how the job will be performed. This gives our client a roadmap to their project.
A second site visit will be made to record all measurements so 3-D renderings can be submitted. We use ProKitchen software to create realistic drawings which can be sent to your computer or phone. Upon acceptance of Design will move to the ordering process.
Once all lead times are established, and all necessary permitting has been approved a start date will be given to the client and a full calendar will be submitted through builder trend. This calendar gives the customer peace of mind knowing with realistic deadlines.
All of our projects are interactive, and we encourage our clients to be part of the project. We give our clients all the information they will need to have a clear understanding of what is to come, and what they can expect during the process.
